Frequently Asked Questions
-
How long do I have to wait until I receive my final photos? Each package is different but it ranges between 4-5 weeks. Please check the 'prices' page for time frames.
-
Are you insured?Yes, I have Public Liability Insurance and Indemnity Insurance. Please let me know if your venue needs a copy of this.
-
Do you provide printed photos or albums? Each of my packages include prints, and the amount varies per package. I don't currently offer albums however, I can help to source a professional printer or signpost you in the direction of the printers that I use.
-
How many photos will I receive? Each package includes a certain amount of photos, please see the 'prices' page for further information on this.
-
How do I book you?All you need to do is fill in the contact form on my 'get in touch' page, and once I have received your enquiry I shall respond to get the ball rolling! It is a 20% deposit of the final value, with the remaining amount to be paid 14 calendar days before your big day.
-
What happens after I book? After your initial booking, I will get some details from you both. Dependent on how far in advance you book, I may not speak to you for a while! We will then be in touch again a few months before your wedding to go over the finer details, and discuss any shots you particularly want to capture. I'm always available for my couples to message me whenever they need to, even if it's just a chat!
-
What happens if you're ill?Don't worry! To make it clear, I have never missed a wedding! But if it was to happen, I have bank back up photographers that can help. I would have to be on my death bed to miss out though, I don't let people down!

My husband/wife to be HATES having their photo taken, what can you do?I am EXACTLY the same as them, but it's not a problem! For this reason, I own lenses that mean I can hide in bushes if I need too, to get the perfect photos! (Please don't push me in bushes), but I definitely won't be getting in their face to get a shot. Most of the time you shouldn't even know I'm there! If you choose to have formal shots, hopefully they will look at the camera, but even then there is always a workaround!
